Mewstone View is a modern single storey building which was newly refurbished in 2023. It offers a modern 4 bedroom holiday home with new kitchen, two new bathrooms and a light spacious living area with log burner.
The open plan kitchen / dining / living area is accessed via a full width bi-fold door on the gable end. The well equipped kitchen has a built in fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed and two bedrooms have twin single beds. The two front bedrooms have new sliding doors opening out onto a decked walkway with seating and views. Outside the bungalow is a large covered patio and private garden with parking. There is a BBQ and seating area with fantastic views across Cawsand Bay.
